What to Expect

1. Discovery Call

Each project begins with a 15 minute discovery call. This conversation allows us to understand your vision, goals, and project scope before moving forward.

2. Strategic Consultation

An in-depth consultation sets the foundation for our collaboration. This session may be conducted virtually or in person within 40 miles of Minneapolis.
During this meeting we:
• Review your completed questionnaire
• Discuss functionality and layout needs
• Identify design goals and investment expectations
• Establish preliminary scope and next steps

3. Design Phase

This phase includes both Concept Design and Detailed Design.
We provide:
• Curated mood boards and overall design direction
• Detailed space planning and layouts
• Finish, fixture, and material selections
• Custom furnishings and trade sourcing
• Floor plans and renderings as needed

4. Procurement & Project Coordination

We manage:
• Ordering and vendor communication
• Tracking and delivery coordination
• Quality control and issue resolution
• Contractor collaboration and site visits as required

5. Installation & Final Styling

We oversee white glove installation and complete the space with thoughtful styling to ensure a cohesive, polished result.
Investment begins at $25,000 and increases based on project scope, materials, and furnishings.
